Refusal to accept an order

We may refuse to accept an order, where goods are not available, where payment authorisation is not meet, or if there has been a pricing/product description error or bad account usage. 

Pricing

All prices include VAT

Payment

All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Cancellation Rights

If you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched the order you can notify us by email: info@yourbubble.co.uk. If goods have been dispatched, the costs of returning the goods to us shall be incurred by you the customer.
